The Hollywood Bowl Story:
The
Patina Group is the high-profile designated concessionaire for the world
famous Hollywood Bowl. They came to us through recommendation, knowing our
equipment could fulfill the need for more varied specialty coffee choices than
what they had previously been able to offer their patrons. We were excited
at the opportunity to strut our stuff! |

After The Patina Group saw our demonstration of the Aroma machine, they immediately
signed up to have units placed at every available concession stand. They wanted
to make available these specialty coffees without the usual complex equipment.
The traditional machines require too much maintenance, take too long to produce
specialty coffees and require specifically trained personnel, and therefore
also bite into the profit per item sold.
