I am really excited to see how this works with our Coastal Valley
Stores. Our administrator is putting a management list together for
you, so that you can make the appropriate connections. Please work
directly with the store manager as possible.
Managers: Kim will be contacting you regarding a "portable
espresso" machine
that he sets up in your Lobby. He greets your customers, puts a
sign in your lobby (very professional) designating the day as
a Customer Appreciation Day along with serving their choice of
coffee drink. It is really great. I met Kim in Portland and it
was great to see him greeting the customers with a smile, offering
coffee... this was totally WOW'ing our customers and frankly
non-customers! Oh, it would be great for you to purchase some
cookies, etc. for the event! Make it fun and friendly! You'll
want to "advertise" it in
your stores prior to the event.
